Non-Resident Initiation Fees and Monthly Dues

- FULL GOLF FAMILY: $11,000 Initiation Fee ***
Full Golf Family Dues: $225 (plus FL sales tax) per month
- FULL GOLF SINGLE: $8,250 Initiation Fee ***
Full Golf Individual Dues: $205 (plus FL sales tax) per month
* Hernando Oaks Golf and Country Club's Initiation Fee is a one-time non-equity, non-refundable, non-transferable payment. As a Golf member you will be entitled to use of the fitness facility, swimming pool, and permanent clubhouse when facilities are built. Monthly dues are subject to change.
Monthly Golf Club dues cover green fees, (add) range balls and allow members to make tee times 14 days in advance, as well as provide guest privileges and member-only specials. Golf cart fees are an additional $15 ( plus sales tax ) per player for 18 holes.
