Resident Initiation Fees and Monthly Dues

- FULL GOLF FAMILY: $7,500 Initiation Fee ***
Full Golf Family Dues: $225 (plus FL sales tax) per month
- FULL GOLF SINGLE: $5,500 Initiation Fee ***
Full Golf Individual Dues: $205 (plus FL sales tax) per month
- RESIDENT SOCIAL: Residents of Hernando Oaks are entitled to use of the Fitness / Pool complex and Clubhouse. The $1,000 Initiation Fee* for Social membership is paid at the closing of the lot sale. Monthly dues of $55 will begin upon completion of the the permanent clubhouse.
* Hernando Oaks Golf and Country Club's Initiation Fee is a one-time non-equity, non-refundable, non-transferable payment. Monthly dues are subject to change.
Monthly Golf Club dues cover green fees, (add) range balls and allow members to make tee times 14 days in advance, as well as provide guest privileges and member-only specials. Golf cart fees are an additional $15 (plus sales tax) per player for 18 holes. Hernando Oaks residents may purchase a private cart for use on the course upon payment of a one-time registration fee and monthly trail fees.
